Membership in the Council and the Covington Theological Seminary Association of Vocational Missionaries and Evangelists shall be by invitation and approval of the President. Council officers and members shall serve for a term based upon mutual agreement with the President and members of the Council.

The Council shall provide for and promote membership in the Association of Vocational Missionaries and Evangelists. Association members will be available to Covington's alumni and supporting churches for revivals, evangelistic outreaches, and conferences. Neither the school nor the council shall recommend specific members for these ministries, but shall provide a list of committed members and contact information concerning them and their ministries.

Council officers shall develop membership guidelines and procedures to be submitted to the Board of Trustees for approval. An annual calendar of mission/evangelism promotions and opportunities shall be provided on the school web-site along with contact information concerning the Council officers and members.

The Council officers shall be responsible to develop and promote an annual Bible, Evangelism, or Missions Conference to be sponsored by the Association, Covington Seminary, and Impact Partner Churches and Pastors.
